Assessment Data Management System

The issuing agency is seeking a comprehensive assessment data management and reporting platform for school districts to securely collect, store, and analyze student data. The agency needs to solve the problem of fragmented student data by consolidating information from Student Information Systems, data hubs, and third-party benchmark assessment entities. The requested system must integrate with MISTAR Gradebook, PowerSchool, and other district systems to enable detailed analytics, interactive dashboard visualizations, and multi-tiered systems of supports. The scope of work covers system setup, onboarding, configuration, single sign-on, data mapping, dashboard setup, and project management. The selected vendor must provide hosting, maintenance, upgrades, standard support, and tools for creating and administering classroom and district-wide benchmark assessments. The system must track user activity for all student record updates and perform daily twenty-four-hour syncs with the student information system to update faculty roles and permissions. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The performance of the work may take place either onsite or offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project, and the resulting contract period will run for three years. The agency has scheduled a pre-proposal meeting for June 10, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 12, 2026.
