Licensure Compliance System

The agency is seeking a cloud-based, vendor-managed, hosted, Software as a Service (SaaS) licensing system to replace its current licensing and compliance system. This solution will modernize the management of licensing and compliance enforcement services using a single, secure platform. The unified platform of record will support the entire life-cycle of administration, licensure, certification, and compliance across eight professional fields. The scope of work covers application intake, renewals, reinstatements, firm licensing, tracking, and audits. The system must also manage complaints, investigations, board workflows, role-appropriate staff and public portals, configurable rules and queues, document generation, notifications, and an accurate, current public roster. Performance of all work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of the system. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 12, 2026.
