The agency is seeking a proactive, analytics-driven Electronic Health Record privacy monitoring software to enhance transparency, embed automated risk identification into workflows, and elevate HIPAA compliance maturity. This procurement addresses the need to detect inappropriate access patterns, provide a centralized compliance dashboard, and reduce manual audit burdens. The required solution must deliver automated, real-time monitoring of all Epic access events, including analytics, alerting, configurations, integrations, training, and ongoing support. The scope of work covers the detection of unauthorized or anomalous access using rules or machine learning, alongside system testing and validation using inappropriate access simulation. The selected provider must deliver a centralized compliance dashboard featuring alerts and risk scoring, an Epic interface specification sheet, and ongoing updates for regulatory changes and EHR upgrades. Performance of the work may occur either onsite or offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The agency is looking for budget proposals to cover a contract period of three years.
