After School Instrumental Music Program Services

The Salt Lake City School District is seeking a vendor to provide an after-school instrumental music program for elementary students in grades four, five, and six. The district needs a provider that can deliver beginning and intermediate music classes twice per week directly at the local schools. To ensure all interested students can participate, the selected vendor must have the ability to provide instrument rentals to students as needed. The program must adhere strictly to the approved district calendar when scheduling both classes and concerts. While individual schools may combine to ensure adequate student counts to justify the program, the vendor bears the responsibility for developing relationships with principals, parents, and students to market the program. The district and individual schools will assist with these marketing efforts. Eligible bidders must perform all work onsite within the United States. The district is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and pricing structure for these services.
