Cafeteria Program Administrative Services

The Prince George County Public Schools authority in North Prince George, Virginia, is seeking a vendor to provide cafeteria program administrative services for its Section 125 programs. The agency needs to solve the challenge of managing employee enrollment, maintaining clear program communication, and executing complex administrative data processing. The selected partner will manage these administrative functions under a five-year contract period. The scope of work requires the vendor to conduct individual and group meetings with employees to explain and determine their level of participation in the program. Approved insurance products may be marketed during these employee sessions. Administrative duties include managing system capabilities for data processing and generating reimbursement cycles at a minimum on the 15th and 30th of each month. The vendor must handle comprehensive claims processing, which includes managing minimum claim amounts, claims request deadlines, zero employee balances, claims filing, distribution, and check information. The agency also requires data storage documentation services covering check register reports, client billing statements, discrimination reports, employee benefit reports, employee change forms, and employee election reports. All performance of the work must take place onsite in North Prince George, Virginia. Eligibility is restricted to onshore vendors located within the United States.
