Solutions Architect Services

The issuing agency is seeking solutions architect services to drive the modernization of its enterprise application portfolio. The agency needs to transition from legacy, siloed applications to a secure, integrated, and scalable suite of connected business systems. This role governs the enterprise solution architecture and modernization strategy across applications, integrations, data, and infrastructure to align with organizational goals. The scope of work requires working directly with implementation teams and vendors to troubleshoot integration issues, performance bottlenecks, and data inconsistencies. The selected partner must maintain deep working knowledge of core platforms, including CRM, ERP, ticketing, POS, HRIS, and data platforms, to guide configuration and integration decisions. Additionally, the service provider will direct system integration strategy across HRIS, CRM, ERP, ticketing, POS, donor, and animal management platforms while partnering with IT security to maintain compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, and accessibility standards. The agency also requires the solutions architect to lead vendor evaluation and selection for enterprise systems, which includes managing RFPs, technical scoring, risk assessment, and total cost of ownership analysis. The provider must develop annual budgets and track project costs, timelines, and return on investment. Although labeled as a job posting rather than a traditional RFP, the agency is looking for proposals to fulfill these requirements. Eligibility is restricted to onshore providers located within the United States. Performance of the work must take place onsite at the agency's location.
