Web-Based Laboratory Information Management System

The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide a web-based laboratory information management system. This system must include a case management function and a secure client portal for external users. The agency is trying to solve the problem of managing specimen case information, diagnostic results, and invoicing through an integrated digital platform. The scope of work covers a case management system capable of creating and assigning multiple tasks to multiple users for a single case. It must provide users with efficient access to all case results and support unique, configurable system permissions and role assignments.
