Ransomware Resilient Backup Solutions

The school district is seeking the provision, implementation, and support of a ransomware-resilient backup and recovery solution. This system must protect critical district data and ensure rapid, secure recovery in the event of a cyber incident or insider threat. The solution needs to ensure data integrity and immutability while supporting both hybrid and cloud environments in alignment with modern cybersecurity frameworks. The scope of work covers the backup platform software or appliance, its implementation and configuration, and integration with existing systems. The selected provider must perform testing and validation, including simulated ransomware scenarios, and deliver ongoing support, updates, and training for the district IT staff. All work must be performed offsite at the provider's own office location. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States of America. The district is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 5, 2026.
