Cloud Hosted Retirement Plan Tracking Software

The county is seeking a cloud-hosted retirement plan tracking software to support the administration of its county retirement plan. The system must track three or more tiers of 401a retirement plan types, including grandfathered provisions. The agency requires a solution that accurately calculates benefits based on eligibility rules such as age, service, employment status, and job class. The requested software must support spouse and beneficiary elections and facilitate the movement of funds between multiple institutions, specifically Wells Fargo and US Bank. The agency needs the ability to perform audits on events like death to modify or discontinue payments, as well as the ability to process lump-sum benefit payouts. The system must operate as a fully hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) deployment requiring no on-premises infrastructure, compute, database, or storage components. The cloud platform must support seamless, non-disruptive upgrades with zero system downtime for maintenance. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based exclusively in the United States. The selected contractor must perform all work offsite at their own office location. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project.
