RFI for Cloud Based Budgeting System

The issuing agency is seeking information for a cloud-based budgeting system to support its entire budget cycle from start to finish. The agency needs a solution that manages operating budget development, personnel and position budgeting, capital projects, and Capital Improvement Plan planning. Additionally, the system must support scenario planning, forecasting, mid-year adjustments, and off-cycle requests. The agency requires the selected vendor to perform all work offsite at the vendor's own office location. Eligible respondents must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States of America. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine budget parameters and has not disclosed a set budget. All questions regarding this request for information must be submitted no later than June 12, 2026. The agency will evaluate the submissions based on the vendor's ability to provide the comprehensive cloud-based budgeting features outlined in the scope.
