The City is seeking information on online travel management and conference registration solutions to streamline operations and improve administrative oversight. The agency needs a system that can handle airfare booking, hotel accommodations, ground transportation coordination, and event registration capabilities. This solution must provide centralized administrative oversight while maintaining departmental flexibility and aligning with public sector procurement and payment requirements. The project covers assisting with complex itineraries, ensuring compliance with city travel policy, and securing conference and lodging rates. The selected system must also facilitate direct travel payments to hotels, airlines, and ground transportation vendors. All performance of the work will occur offsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to participate in this market research effort. The agency is currently looking for proposals to understand pricing and budget structures for these services.
