The Municipality of the County of Kings is seeking a vendor to supply, install, and support a new telecommunications solution for the government authority located in Waterville, Nova Scotia. This project will replace the existing system with a modern digital and Voice over Internet Protocol based telephone system. The agency requires this upgrade to ensure reliable, modern communication capabilities across its operations. The scope of work requires the delivery of approximately 120 desk phones along with the configuration of voicemail, auto-attendant, and call routing features. The selected vendor must install, test, and commission the system to ensure it is fully operational and complete. Additionally, the agency requires comprehensive system documentation and training for both general users and system administrators. Only organizations based onshore in Canada are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The performance of the work will take place offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a specific funding limit or key procurement dates in the initial solicitation.
