The United States Air Force requires local telecommunications service for the government authority located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio. The agency is seeking a resilient Public Switched Telephone Network access solution utilizing a vendor-hosted, IP-based voice transport platform. This system must enable access to bi-directional and worldwide phone networks to solve the agency's need for secure and reliable voice interconnection.
