Telephone Data Collection Services

The Mississippi government authority is seeking a vendor to provide telephone data collection services for the Behavioural Risk Factor Surveillance System and the Pregnancy Risk Assessment Monitoring System. The agency needs to collect health-related data from non-institutionalized adults aged eighteen and older regarding chronic health conditions, preventive service utilization, and health behaviors. Additionally, the agency requires telephone interviews with mothers who were selected for participation but did not respond to any of the three previously sent mail surveys. The scope of work requires the selected vendor to conduct a telephone survey consisting of seventy-five questions, which takes approximately twenty-five to forty-two minutes to complete. For each monthly batch, an average of about one hundred fifty mothers, representing over thirty percent of each batch, will enter this telephone phase. The vendor must utilize a web-based interview system for the phone module to enable immediate data collection, scheduling, and the recording of call attempts and outcomes. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations located within the United States. The agency requires all contracted work to be performed offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals to address the budget requirements, as the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the cost. All questions regarding this procurement must be submitted to the agency no later than June 04, 2026.
