Public Opinion Research Services

The City of Wylie, Texas, is seeking a vendor to provide a full range of public opinion research services. The agency needs to design and execute a public opinion poll utilizing a statistically valid sampling methodology for the region. The selected vendor must develop the survey instrument, provide guidance on best practices, and deliver both English and Spanish versions of the survey. The scope of work requires the vendor to conduct all data collection and produce a comprehensive written report on the survey results. All project work will occur offsite, and the resulting contract will span a one-year period. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is accepting digital proposal submissions via email or an online portal, and the budget will be determined based on the submitted proposals.
