Cost-of-Service for Development Reviews

The City of Austin, Texas is seeking a vendor to conduct a cost-of-service analysis and develop cost recovery fees for its development review activities. The agency needs to address reviews related to site plans, subdivisions, residential plans, general permits, and other associated development reviews.
