Security Guard Services

The government authority in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking uniformed security guards, both armed and unarmed, to provide comprehensive security services at designated facilities. The agency needs a contractor to provide daily, consistent supervision, guidance, and direction to all assigned security guards. The supervisor must conduct daily briefings, address substandard performance, correct inappropriate behavior immediately, and monitor the performance and appearance of all guards. The scope of work requires the contractor to provide a roving security presence and make security checks on facilities and properties during each shift. The agency requires the submission of all security incident reports and daily reports, which supervisors must review for completeness and readability. The performance of this work will occur offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for these services.
