Virtual Security Gatehouse Management Services

The government authority located in Manatee, Florida is seeking virtual security gatehouse management services to improve the efficiency of vehicle entry and data collection. The authority operates a Community Access Control System that utilizes a VPN to facilitate TCP/IP communication between all gate locations and the KERI Doors.NET database application server. Because the roadways within the Country Club are open to the public, access cannot be denied to visitors, but the authority requires the collection of entry data. The scope of work requires the virtual management system to process first-time visitors who are new to the visitor management system, as well as both first-time and returning vendors. The system must also process visitors and vendors with resident-approved entry credentials, and handle visitors, vendors, and Country Club employees using vehicle tag recognition or QR codes. Additionally, the selected provider must process non-credentialed sanitation vehicles, school buses, similar service vehicles, and non-credential delivery and transportation service providers. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The selected provider must perform all work offsite from their own office location. The authority is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for this project. The authority has scheduled a mandatory pre-proposal meeting for June 3, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 4, 2026.
