The government authority located in Clarksville, Virginia is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive cleaning services for its facilities. The agency requires these services to maintain a clean, sanitary, and professional environment across its offices, common areas, kitchens, and restrooms. The selected vendor will perform these duties onsite under a contract with a duration of one year. The scope of work covers routine and periodic cleaning tasks to keep the facilities in optimal condition. Daily and weekly tasks include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming all carpeted areas, dusting surfaces, disinfecting telephone receivers, and emptying trash cans while replacing liners. Staff must clean and disinfect all kitchen surfaces, including the sink, counters, cabinets, walls, and floor, as well as clean window sills in all open areas and remove cobwebs. Restroom maintenance requires sanitizing and restocking tissues, towels, and hand soap in the entry restroom, the restroom across from the staff station, and all four client bathrooms. Specialized and periodic tasks are also required to address specific facility features. The agency has vinyl plank flooring in some areas that requires specialized cleaning materials, alongside standard vinyl and tile floors that require sweeping, damp mopping, and disinfecting. The vendor must clean all glass doors inside and out, perform deep cleaning of the whirlpool room, and clean all windows inside and out twice a year in May and November. Periodic deep cleaning must also include carpet shampooing and vinyl floor waxing and buffing. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost of these services.
