Fire Suppression System

The Douglas County government authority in Douglasville, Georgia is seeking a vendor to provide a fire suppression system for Construction Phase 1. The agency requires the selected contractor to maintain on-site staff for construction management and establish coordinating procedures. Additionally, the contractor must conduct and record job meetings, prepare and submit change order documentation for county approval, and maintain a system for reviewing and approving shop drawings. The agency requires the contractor to maintain quality control, ensure conformity with the project plan, and submit bi-weekly reports alongside formal monthly reports. While the construction management staff must be on-site, the agency specifies that the performance of the work will otherwise be offsite at the vendor's office location. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project.
