The Franklin, Ohio government authority is seeking a vendor to provide a fully integrated, automated, and user-friendly audio-visual and conferencing system. The agency needs to solve the challenge of managing a three-way divisible space, comprising Room A, Room B, and Room C, which must operate independently or in any combination such as AB, BC, or full ABC. This system must support hybrid collaboration, presentations, and in-room meetings with minimal user intervention. The scope of work covers the delivery of seamless automation, video conferencing, audio control, and presentation capabilities for the divisible space. Each of the three rooms must include two QSC NC-12x80 PTZ cameras, consisting of one presenter-facing camera with auto-framing functionality for dynamic speaker tracking and one audience-facing camera to provide an alternate view for remote participants. The selected vendor must perform all work onsite at the Franklin, Ohio location over a contract period of one year. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost. A pre-bid meeting will take place on June 9, 2026, and bidders must submit all questions no later than June 17, 2026.
