Ticket Vending Machine Replacements Service

The Regional Transportation District in Denver, Colorado, is seeking a vendor to replace its ticket vending machine infrastructure. The agency needs to modernize its ticketing system by removing and disposing of one hundred eighty-five existing ticket vending machines across its service area. This project addresses the need for updated transit fare technology and expanded service coverage along key transit corridors. The scope of work requires the delivery of one hundred seventy-three new ticket vending machines. The selected contractor must install one hundred thirteen of these new machines at existing locations, fifty-four along the East Colfax Bus Rapid Transit corridor, and one at the Civic Center Station. Five additional machines must be provided as spares for parts, and all removal and installation work must take place within the Denver service area. Eligible bidders must be organizations based in the United States. The agency is requesting budget proposals from bidders to determine the cost of the project, and the performance of the work will take place offsite.
