Food and Beverage, Concessions, Catering and Premium Hospitality Services

The City of Nampa, Idaho, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive food and beverage, concessions, catering, and premium hospitality services across all its venues and event types. The agency is trying to solve the challenge of managing diverse food services by outsourcing full-service concessions, bars, catering, and event-day operations to a single operator. This operator will manage all concession sales, catering, bar operations, premium hospitality, coffee shop operations, and any vending or grab-and-go services. The scope of work requires the selected operator to deploy and maintain a modern, cloud-based point-of-sale system across all concession stands, bars, kiosks, portable carts, catering operations, and campus coffee shop locations. The agency expects the operator to provide mobile ordering capability for arena and amphitheater events where operationally appropriate. Additionally, the operator must staff and run all permanent and portable concession stands, bars, kiosks, and carts during events, calibrating staffing to specific attendance profiles and venue configurations. The project also covers full-service catering for banquets, receptions, corporate events, meetings, trade shows, graduation ceremonies, premium hospitality, suites, and club areas. The operator must manage campus coffee shop operations, handle financial management and reporting, present a transition plan, and assume specified utilities and facilities responsibilities. All performance of the work must take place onsite at the government authority facilities in Nampa, Idaho. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and financial structure of the agreement. The resulting contract will cover a performance period of five years. The agency has scheduled a pre-bid on-site facility walkthrough for June 10, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 18, 2026.
