TV Office Renovations Services

The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority is seeking a contractor to provide TV office renovation services at its facility in Orlando, Florida. The agency requires the selected contractor to field verify all existing construction conditions before beginning any active construction. Additionally, the contractor must secure the engineer's approval and the owner's acceptance for all submittals, and have all equipment and materials onsite, prior to starting active construction work. The scope of work must be performed entirely onsite at the Orlando location. The agency limits eligibility for this opportunity to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for this project. The agency has scheduled a site visit for June 4, 2026, to allow prospective bidders to examine the project location.
