Owner’s Representative Services

The Georgia World Congress Center Authority in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking owner’s representative services to oversee large-scale infrastructure upgrades across an active convention center campus. The project addresses the need for comprehensive program oversight, coordination, and management during the construction and implementation phase of central plant improvements, building automation systems, and other energy conservation and facility improvement measures. The selected representative will establish a project governance structure with communication protocols and escalation paths, monitor construction activities for contract and schedule compliance, and track progress against the approved schedule. The scope of work requires schedule analysis, recovery plan recommendations, cost management, energy performance monitoring, and financial oversight. The representative must also monitor commissioning activities, coordinate with external agencies, and maintain a project risk log to facilitate the management of the owner’s contingency distribution. Performance of these services will take place offsite. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposal pricing to determine the budget.
