Asset Management System

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a fully functional, self-contained asset management system. This system must support hybrid barcode and RAIN RFID workflows to enable real-time asset tracking. The operational workflow requires the utilization of an H-RAMP encoding application and Honeywell rugged mobile computers. The agency is trying to solve the challenge of tracking assets in sensitive, disconnected arms room environments where cloud-based or standard network-dependent alternatives cannot function. To resolve this, the scope of work requires a validated, standalone, on-premises architecture that operates completely independently of the local network infrastructure. All performance of the work will take place offsite. The acquisition is set aside entirely for small businesses. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals and has not disclosed a specific budget.
