Veterans Outcome Assessment Program Services

The government authority in Maine is seeking a vendor to provide veterans outcome assessment program services. The agency needs to collect interview data from veterans across the country who have received mental health and/or suicide prevention services. This initiative aims to track participants receiving initial interviews to ensure timely follow-up interviews and to secure digital data from these interactions. The selected contractor must conduct interviews with veterans in a sensitive, quiet, and confidential environment using qualified and trained staff. The agency requires the implementation of agreed-upon protocols for any urgent or emergent crisis that may develop with a veteran respondent during the process. To monitor progress, the contractor must provide the Contracting Officer’s Representative with informal weekly status updates via telephone or email, alongside a detailed quarterly report of completed interviews. All interview data must be transmitted in a digital file to the Veterans Health Administration monthly using an agreed-upon secure data transmission protocol. This opportunity is set aside entirely for small businesses, and eligibility is restricted to onshore, United States organizations only. The work will be performed offsite, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
