Disaster Assistance and Recovery Grant Management Services

The County of Orange, New York is seeking disaster assistance and recovery grant management services for any natural or man-made disaster or emergency declared by one or more federal agencies. The county needs assistance in developing a comprehensive recovery strategy, locating funding sources, and coordinating recovery efforts. The selected vendor will advise the disaster recovery team, participate in meetings, and help develop an approach for filing and tracking costs. The scope of work requires the vendor to review documentation prepared by county departments and prepare documentation for small project worksheets. The vendor must also generate weekly performance and status reports to track progress. All contracted work must be performed offsite at the vendor's own office location. Only organizations based onshore in the United States are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. The county is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and cost structure for these services. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this procurement no later than June 4, 2026.
