Website Migration and Hosting Services

The Borough is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive website migration and hosting services. The agency needs to transition all existing web page content and downloadable files, including public notices, bids, forms, news, announcements, calendars, events, meeting documents, budgets, maps, and natural resource inventory documents. The scope of work requires an automated, manual, or hybrid transfer of these materials while ensuring that all migrated OCR-searchable and ADA-compliant PDFs retain their accessibility standards. The agency requires the migrated site to feature a conspicuous homepage link directing users to a dedicated legal notices page, alongside a searchable archive for notices that have been removed after their active period. The project also covers the implementation of easy-to-use tools that allow township staff to update page text, graphics, and photos, post files and documents, issue emergency alerts, and manage calendars without vendor intervention. Eligibility rules restrict the work to onshore vendors located within the United States. The selected vendor must perform all work offsite. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online, and the agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget.
