The agency needs to solve the problem of helping users make informed retirement decisions through accessible, curated, and searchable content. The requested planning tool must enable users to model retirement scenarios, income sources, expenses, and outcomes using configurable, guided workflows that support both novice and experienced users. The scope of work covers providing analytics and integration capabilities, including reporting on usage and effectiveness. The agency requires the ability to embed or integrate content within existing digital channels and related tools.
