Neuronavigation System

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a neuronavigation system to support transcranial magnetic stimulation research and analysis. The system must import participant brain magnetic resonance scans in both NIfTI and DICOM formats. It must also register these imported scans to the participant's anatomical landmarks using a handheld pointer or a similar registration device. The requested software must register one or more target stimulation locations, consisting of the desired coil position and orientation. Users must have the ability to specify target locations either by clicking on the desired location based on the anatomical image or by entering specific coordinates. The system must visualize both the position and orientation of the transcranial magnetic stimulation coil. The agency requires the system to receive transistor-transistor logic level digital inputs to record trigger signals coming from the transcranial magnetic stimulation system. It must record at least two channels of electromyography for motor evoked potential analysis. Additionally, the system must record the three-dimensional coil coordinates for each received digital trigger and use those coordinates as a stimulation target. The software must run on a local computer, must not be cloud-based, and must be compatible with either Windows or MacOS operating systems. Eligible bidders must be located onshore within the United States. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite under a contract period lasting for one year. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this procurement. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or through the online portal.
