Computerized Maintenance Management System

The agency is seeking a computerized maintenance management system to manage and monitor its portfolio of facilities and facility assets. This system must track asset lifecycles, record asset conditions, calibrations, inspections, maintenance records, performance data, and warranty information. The platform must also schedule predictive or preventive maintenance tasks and provide automated work order management, including auto-generation and scheduling upon a failed inspection, tracking, and routing. The scope of work requires vendor management capabilities to record contact details and service agreements while tracking metrics such as on-time delivery and quality. The system must handle budget management, disposable inventory management, and the assigning, tracking, securing, restricting, and logging of mechanical and electronic key assignments. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of the work to be completed offsite.
