PI Administration Solution

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive PI administration solution to manage and support its PI system and related technology environments. This initiative aims to solve the challenge of maintaining, upgrading, and securing critical data infrastructure through dedicated external expertise. The selected partner will deliver ongoing software and hardware application upgrades, account management services, and managed systems administration. The scope of work covers Application Lifecycle Management services, including continuous system refreshes and upgrades. The vendor must provide robust account management, which entails hiring, scheduling, cross-training, security checks, and vacation backfill for all assigned personnel. Additionally, the agency requires twenty-four-seven emergency on-call support for critical PI system components, alongside project services for activities falling outside the standard managed services scope. Only organizations based in Canada are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The chosen vendor will perform all work offsite over a contract period of five years. The agency is looking for budget proposals within the submitted bids, and all clarifying questions must be submitted no later than June 11, 2026.
