Cloud-Based Public Records Intake, Response and Management System

This system must feature a public-facing submission portal for records requests and automate workflow routing, acknowledgment, and deadline tracking. The requested solution must also support document management, including versioning, redaction, and secure delivery, while maintaining a full audit trail and reporting dashboard. The agency requires the platform to integrate seamlessly with existing systems, specifically Microsoft 365, Outlook, SharePoint, and PeopleSoft. Additionally, the system must enable multi-campus administration within a single, unified platform. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite over a contract period of five years.
