Cybersecurity Managed Detection and Response Service

The City of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, is seeking a vendor to provide an ongoing cybersecurity managed detection and response service on a centralized platform built on open XDR. The agency needs to protect its data from a wide range of cyber threats, including malware, phishing, and other cyber-attacks, while ensuring the continuity of operations and the safety of sensitive information. To solve these security challenges, the requested solution must deliver proactive monitoring and real-time threat mitigation, managed risk, and managed security awareness. The scope of work covers protecting data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss through specific security measures. These measures must include the encryption of sensitive data both in transit and at rest, as well as strict access controls to restrict data access to authorized personnel only. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite over a contract period of three years. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations located in Canada.
