Ireland - AI Workforce Development Programmed Design and Delivery Service

The Irish government agency is seeking a vendor to design and deliver an artificial intelligence workforce development program. The agency aims to transition its workforce from ad-hoc AI usage to embedded daily practices featuring documented, role-specific AI workflows that employees own and develop independently. This initiative addresses the need for digital transformation and AI technology adoption to enhance organizational competitiveness, productivity, and resilience across all sectors. The scope of work requires the vendor to help participants develop effective prompt engineering skills applicable to their specific roles and work contexts. The selected provider must ensure all participants complete Anthropic Academy certification to achieve a recognized and transferable credential in applied AI. Additionally, the program must enable non-technical staff to independently design and deploy AI-powered workflows to automate or augment recurring tasks, while establishing a cohort of internal champions equipped to onboard colleagues and sustain AI adoption. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in Ireland. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite.
