Security Controls, Building Secure Door and Lock Replacement Service

The Orange County Corrections Department in Orlando, Florida is seeking a vendor to renovate an existing Booking and Release Center building. The agency needs to replace the existing security and controls system with a new Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition driven programmable logic control system interface to manage correctional operations via touchscreen control stations. This project aims to modernize facility security, upgrade operational control, and ensure the seamless integration of critical building systems. The scope of work covers the renovation of the existing control room to replace millwork, the addition of a secondary control room, and new floor finishes for both control spaces. System upgrades include the installation of programmable logic controllers, human-machine interfaces, closed-circuit television systems, intercoms, door controllers, officer down systems, access control, lighting and water systems controllers, and all associated electrical components. The selected vendor must perform testing of the new systems, migrate the existing systems, and provide system demonstrations and training. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through an online portal. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for this project.
