Architectural and Engineering Services for Signage

The agency is seeking a professional architectural and engineering firm to design and manage the replacement and refurbishment of its monument signage. The selected firm must review and evaluate the existing monuments and signs to provide conceptual ideas for their replacement or refurbishment. The project requires the firm to finalize design development plans, bring construction documents to ninety percent completion with a cost estimate, and deliver final construction documents and drawings at one hundred percent completion. The scope of work also includes preparing complete technical specifications, bid documents, and cost estimates, as well as performing construction administration services throughout the project. Performance of the work will take place both onsite and offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States.
