The Contra Costa County government authority located in Martinez, California, is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial equipment parts and repair services. The agency intends to issue purchase orders on an as-needed basis to support facility cleanliness, infection control, and operational efficiency. To solve these maintenance needs, the contractor must maintain sufficient qualified, trained, and supervised personnel, including providing emergency response capability twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week. The scope of work covers parts and repairs for a wide range of floor care and facility equipment. This equipment includes automatic walk-behind and ride-on floor scrubbers, floor machines, electric buffers, wide-area vacuums, upright vacuums, backpack vacuums, tank vacuums, and wet/dry industrial vacuums. Parts must carry a minimum ninety-day warranty from installation, and labor must carry a minimum thirty-day warranty from service completion.
