Acuity Lighting Control System Restoration

The Tripler Army Medical Center, or the designated government authority located in Kaneohe, Hawaii, requires a vendor to restore its Acuity lighting control system. The agency is experiencing offline devices, system faults, low-voltage cabling deficiencies, faulty power packs controlling plug and lighting loads, and non-functioning lighting fixtures directly connected to the control system. To solve these issues, the agency is seeking services to update all Acuity lighting control software and standalone devices, verify that all devices are online and functioning correctly, and repair all identified hardware and cabling faults. The selected vendor must also conduct one on-site Acuity system software and programming training session for designated hospital personnel. The project scope covers offsite performance of the work, with the exception of the required on-site training session at the hospital facility. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a pre-set funding limit. Bidders must attend a mandatory meeting scheduled for June 3, 2026, to remain eligible for the contract award.
