Audio Visual System and Meeting Room Applications Services

The Capital Improvement Board of Marion County in Indianapolis, Indiana is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive audio visual system and meeting room applications services. The agency requires a partner to resolve the technology needs of its hotel facility by furnishing, installing, programming, testing, commissioning, and certifying all audio visual and meeting space systems. This project aims to establish fully functional, integrated technology solutions across the property's meeting and ballroom spaces. The scope of work covers the complete delivery of background music systems, meeting and ballroom presentation systems, and distributed video and audio systems. The selected vendor must supply and install all necessary hardware and software, including amplifiers, audio processors, speakers, microphones, control processors, touch panels, displays, projectors, and conferencing systems. Additionally, the agency requires wireless presentation systems, room scheduling displays, live or Bluetooth music inputs, music players, AV racks, cabling interfaces, and all associated accessories. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the performance of the work to take place offsite. Bidders must submit proposals outlining their pricing and approach, as the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the project budget. The agency will conduct a pre-bid meeting on June 8, 2026, to address questions regarding the requirements.
