Hardware and Support, Wireless Access Points Services

The Snohomish County Public Utility District in Everett, Washington, is seeking a vendor to provide hardware and support services for wireless access points. The agency is trying to upgrade or expand its wireless network infrastructure with specific campus and outdoor access points and mounting hardware. The scope of work requires the delivery of HPE Aruba AP-635 (US) campus access points with Tri Radio 2x2 802.11ax Wi-Fi 6E internal antennas, or an equivalent product. The project also covers the provision of HPE Aruba AP-675 (US) outdoor access points with Tri Radio 2x2 Wi-Fi 6E internal omni-directional antennas, or an equivalent product. Additionally, the agency requires ten-pack kits of HPE Aruba AP-MNT-MP10-D solid surface mount brackets for campus access points, or an equivalent mounting solution. All physical performance of the work will occur offsite, meaning the vendor will ship the hardware to the agency rather than performing on-site installation. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost of the hardware and support. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this procurement no later than June 5, 2026.
