Pedestrian Bridge Assessment Service

The Colorado government authority is seeking a vendor to provide a pedestrian bridge assessment service to populate its asset management system and plan for future repairs and replacements. This assessment focuses exclusively on agency-owned bridges that primarily provide pedestrian and maintenance vehicle access. Culverts acting primarily as drainage infrastructure with no railings or decking are excluded from this project. The agency requires a final report for all evaluated right-of-way pedestrian bridges containing a summary of findings, a rating list for each structure, a prioritization of repairs, and cost estimates for all safety and bridge repairs. The selected vendor must also prepare computer-generated diagrams showing the plan, elevation, and cross section of each structure. All performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to establish the budget for this project and will accept digital submissions via email or online.
