The government authority in Brighton, Colorado is seeking professional land surveying and site-development support for a new school construction project. The agency requires the selected vendor to review the most recent site survey or plats, archived as-built construction drawings, and a recent Title Binder dated within thirty days of the survey. Additionally, the service provider must obtain and review all municipal archived utility maps and published municipal GIS utility information. The scope of work includes providing utility location services and final survey exhibit information conforming to Subsurface Utility Engineering Quality Level B per Federal Highway Administration guidelines. For water and non-potable water lines, the provider must locate mains, services, sizes, water meters, gate valves, and other surface evidence, including surveying nearby valves beyond the survey limit to determine pipe alignment. The agency also requires finished floor elevations of the interior floor at all doors, with precise notations of what was surveyed, alongside examinations of interior areas at doors to note any steps or ramps. The project covers topography to a minimum of twenty-five feet beyond the property line, and further as shown on the agency's provided exhibit, to capture all pertinent information. The final deliverable must be a three-dimensional electronic file utilizing the most current version of AutoCAD. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States of America, and the work will be performed both onsite in Brighton and offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to establish the budget for this project. Bidders must submit all questions no later than June 12, 2026.
