Disaster Logistics Support Services

The Georgia government authority is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive disaster logistics support services. The agency needs to solve the problem of rapid resource deployment and coordination during emergencies. The scope of work covers emergency logistics coordination, resource procurement and accountability, warehousing, inventory management, point of distribution operations, and donations management. The selected vendor must establish, manage, and support turn-key base camps within twenty-four hours of activation. The project also requires equipment, maintenance, fuel support, photo and video documentation, project management, and reporting. Additionally, the agency requires the development of a comprehensive plan to provide resources, transportation, equipment and materials transfer, storage, forklifts, preposition contracting, and rapid deployment of emergency materials with adequate material handling equipment. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of all contracted work will take place offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget, and the contract period will run for one year. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than June 22, 2026.
