Faculty CV Software

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide faculty CV software that improves faculty satisfaction, streamlines the creation of promotion-ready CVs, and reduces administrative burdens. The requested software must allow users to enter data into configurable forms and preview their CVs prior to downloading them in PDF or Word format. Users must be able to report their publications, scholarly activities, work experience, academic experience, and teaching experience. Security requirements dictate that users can only view their own information unless designated as a delegate or proxy, and the system must track who made changes and when. Administrators require the ability to import faculty profile information from the HR database and download all system data. Eligible bidders must be onshore USA organizations, and the performance of the work will take place offsite.
