Physical Fitness Assessment Data Collection and Reporting Solution

The agency is seeking a Software as a Service physical fitness assessment data collection and reporting solution. This application will collect, store, and report physical fitness assessment data for students in grades 3 through 12. The system must support up to 2,000,000 students, 9,000 individual campuses, and more than 1,200 school systems. The platform must be hosted in a web-based portal operable on current and one prior version of standard internet browsers, including Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge. The agency requires details showing that the mobile application remains current with the latest versions of iOS and Android operating systems. Bidders must also indicate if the mobile application collects sensor data such as GPS, camera, and heart rate. The solution must include an easy-to-use online registration system that verifies and accepts the statewide, six-digit district number assigned to the school system. The application must enable Texas public school systems to collect and submit physical fitness assessment data using smartphones, tablets, or laptops during assessments. Eligibility is restricted to onshore, USA-only organizations. The agency requires all work to be performed offsite at the vendor's office location.
