RFI for Community Development Technology Solutions

The agency is evaluating its current community development technology environment to find solutions that better support permitting, planning and zoning, inspections, code enforcement, plan review, licensing, reporting, customer service, and related functions. The agency is seeking information from the vendor marketplace to understand available software solutions, implementation considerations, integration capabilities, customer portal functionality, mobile inspection tools, reporting capabilities, and opportunities to streamline workflows across departments. The targeted system functional areas include permitting and inspections, electronic plan review, planning and zoning, GIS integration, and code enforcement. The agency requires all performing vendors to be located onshore within the United States. The requested work will be performed entirely offsite. The anticipated contract period for the resulting agreement will be one year. The agency is looking for proposal submissions to understand budget and pricing options.
