RFI for Enterprise Resource Planning Technology System

The issuing agency is seeking an Enterprise Resource Planning technology system to provide a software environment and help inform future business system strategies. The agency needs to evaluate and plan for the optimization or potential replacement of its existing technology environment through an Enterprise Resource Planning needs assessment. The agency requires professional services related to analysis, configuration, customization, project management, training, and change management. Additionally, the project involves data conversion, specifically requiring data migration for financial and utility billing records to ensure essential data transfer while retaining the remaining data in an alternate repository. Bidders must perform all work offsite and must be located onshore within the United States. The agency is requesting budget proposals to determine the costs associated with the system and professional services. The contract period will span one year.
