Event Ticketing System

The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to furnish, operate, and maintain a comprehensive Event Ticketing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Point-of-Sale (POS) system. This system must resolve the agency's need to create and integrate events while selling single, multi-day, and season tickets. The requested platform must track sales by event and purchaser, offering multiple price levels and unlimited price points. The scope of work requires a cloud-based access control system that is fully compatible with in-house wireless networks and scanning devices. Additionally, the agency requires direct email and marketing services to distribute special offers, announcements, and post-event surveys to the ticket purchaser database. The platform must feature an email marketing module with templates, surveys, sign-up forms, statistical reporting, a registration module, and a user-friendly CRM. For transactions, the system must provide a secure POS module optimized for online, in-person, and mobile retail and concession sales, alongside automated settlement of funds to designated accounts. The agency requires secure payment processing and hardware, including a minimum of five standard credit card terminals, four Boca ticket printers, ticket stock, and receipt stock. Performance of the work will take place offsite, and the agency is looking for budget proposals to determine the cost. Eligibility is restricted to onshore United States organizations only.
